  Shocking service! Visited yesterday, when the sales person found out we were from Melbourne they walked away. Went back today to purchase a microwave, a different sales person had no product knowledge and did not intend to find out any information to assist us. We will not be walking through this stores front door again. Maybe customer service training would go a long way and keep customers happy

  Absolutely woefully… if Swan Hill had any other option they’d be closed. The service by some staff is atrocious. Been there plenty of times for certain items and they don’t have them. Other times you have to take stock off floor… this was before Covid times… seriously though some of the staff make me angry. A couple of them a decent….

  This is quite a small Harvey Norman, but the staff are just lovely. They are happy to order things they may not have on the shelf.

  My experience at Harvey Norman was quite helpful and I purchased a product. The service was also reasonable, with the assistant helping me look at comparing prices and etc. Its understandable that assistance can sometimes take some time due to the amount of customers in Harvey Norman which is an incredibly minor flaw. My assistant was helpful and answered questions which made me knowledgeable when purchasing a product. Overall an efficient store with fantastic supply.

  Fast service and friendly staff. Knowledgeable about products and different types of payment options from normal cash right through to zip pay and their credit line. Would shop here again.
