I explained to you the firm was 1199, the medium was 1499 and the plush was 1699 and the price tickets were clearly marked on the bed. I also tried to save you money by explaining that buying the topper was unnecessary. And by buying the plush would save you $85. So by saying I was up selling is also incorrect. I'm sorry you misunderstood what I was telling you but I find your review unfair. If you would like to come back in, i,d be more them happy to explain it to you again or give you some cheaper options.
