Went back today to purchase a microwave, a different sales person had no product knowledge and did not intend to find out any information to assist us. We will not be walking through this stores front door again. Maybe customer service training would go a long way and keep customers happy

Been there plenty of times for certain items and they don’t have them. Other times you have to take stock off floor… this was before Covid times… seriously though some of the staff make me angry. A couple of them a decent….

The service was also reasonable, with the assistant helping me look at comparing prices and etc. Its understandable that assistance can sometimes take some time due to the amount of customers in Harvey Norman which is an incredibly minor flaw. My assistant was helpful and answered questions which made me knowledgeable when purchasing a product. Overall an efficient store with fantastic supply.
