  Positives -
  Clean room
  Good location
  very friendly staff although I was overcharged
  Ideal for kids in summer

  Negatives -
  Superior Room was advertised on all web sites for $137.00. When I arrived, I was quoted $167.00. Previously being told not to book with wotif or Expedia because it cost me more money?
  
  Price was bought back to $137.00 so i went ahead with the booking. I then arrived to my room to find I was in a deluxe (advertised on all websites for $117.00) Looked noting like the supiour room in The pictures on websites. Yet looking indenticle to executive suite advertised.
  
  Doors have alarms on them that go off every time it is opened. Although I'm all for security, this measure is probably a little over rated. Every time my neighbour walked inside and out his room at night, the alarms could be heard.
  
  I travel to Swan Hill regularly and overall, I think it's facilities are quiet nice, but if you have left the kids at home and are just looking for a room for the night, it is over priced compared to competitors around town that have very nice rooms between 100-120 dollars.
  
  As I said, this place would be great for kids in summer,, but maybe stick to booking online.
  I won't be going back due to being ripped off and door alarms.
